Note: lip balms are not lip tints and do not impart color.
Due to the nature of handcrafted items, each item is unique and there will be some degree of variation in appearance and size (ie. swirl pattern in soap bars). While I try to replicate my recipes to remain consistent, variations in color may occur from one batch to the next (ie. lighter or darker red color in lip balm). If you require your product to be as consistent as possible in color across items, please contact me to create a custom-order from a single batch.
One benefit of candelilla wax is that it makes a sturdy balm while still being soft and creamy on the lips. If you find your lip balm has become too hard after a period of nonuse or after being kept cold, it's okay! Simply rub it on your lips or the back of your hand for about 10 seconds and the warmth from your skin will soften your lip balm.
